Physical and Psychological Effects: excellent for the muscular system- treats tired muscles and arthritic conditions. Rosemary is a wonderful stimulant and has the power to keep you alert. do consider this oil in an early morning wake up blend but do not consider this oil for evening winding down activities. Rosemary is great when concentration is needed such as in exams or at work. Athletes benefit from rosemary’s properties.

Blends Well With: black pepper, geranium, grapefruit, frankincense, fennel, myrhh, patchouli,petitgrain, orange, clarysage, palmarosa, ylang ylang, mandarin, lavender, lemon, clove, Roman chamomile, rose, neroli, jasmine, vetiver, basil, cedarwood, eucalyptus, ginger, juniper berry, lime, marjoram, peppermint, tea tree, lemongrass, cedarwood

Fragrance: middle to top. Camphorous. Woodsy. Fresh. Powerful. Sweet undertones. A clear, refreshing herbal smell.

Cautions: should not be used during pregnancy. Avoid if history of epilepsy or high blood pressure. Rosemary is stimulating, use blends with rosemary for daytime.
