Clove, Syzygium Aromaticum, Eugenia Caryophyllata

Botanical Source: dried flowering buds

Physical and Psychological Effects: mostly known for medicinal purposes such as muscular relief and analgesic properties. Clove however, can help create a very pleasant blend. It’s aroma is unique and inspires strength. It is a physical and mental tonic- blended with peppermint, it has the capacity to dispel drowsiness.

Blends Well With: lemon, geranium, lavender, grapefruit, Roman Roman chamomile, ginger, palmarosa, ylang ylang, Australian sandalwood, mandarin, jasmine, clarysage, bergamot, cardamom, patchouli, rose, tea tree, black pepper, peppermint, marjoram

Frangrance: top to middle note. Rich, warm, strong, sweet, and spicy. Very distinctive- many associate it with dentist unfortunately. It does blend well with other oils.

Cautions: may cause skin irritation. Avoid in pregnancy.
