Hours and Directions

Your Body Needs is a massage and aromatherapy studio in Crofton, MD – centrally located to the Washington DC, Baltimore, and Annapolis areas. We offer exceptional therapeutic services and products, and are located in the charming Village Green, across the street from the Crofton Country Club.

Massage therapy appointments are :  Monday- Saturday from 7:45am until evening.
 
To book evening appointments, call during office hours. Office hours are: 10am - 5pm.
 
The studio is open to shop essential oils, aromatherapy products and gift certificates during our office hours. Or, shop our online store.
