Rose Chard is the owner and founder of Your Body Needs… She is a certified Massage Therapist. She gained her certification at Anne Arundel Community College, one of Maryland’s finest education programs for Therapeutic Massage. Rose has a good grasp of anatomy and physiology, which she applies to massage therapy. Her focus is facilitating healing and promoting well being. "Well being is easier attained when people are aware of their body’s needs. There is no doubt that massage paves the way to body awareness."

Rose is a member of the National Certification Board of Massage Therapy and Body workers. She is also Director of Massage Therapy at an 11,000 plus membership health club in Maryland.

Rose gained her Certificate in Aromatherapy from the Australasian College of Herbal Sciences in Portland, Oregon. They are today the leaders in natural health education and one of the few schools accredited by the Distance Education and Training Council. Rose’s dedication to the field earned her a nomination as outstanding Graduate of the Year in 2004. Rose has incorporated essential oils in her personal life for more than twelve years and now endeavors to educate others about Aromatherapy. She is a member of the National Aromatherapy Holistic Association. She is also registered with the Aromatherapy Registration Council. Further, she is an adjunct staff member at Anne Arundel Community College teaching the principles of Aromatherapy to other health care professionals.
